In today's economy a lot of people are wondering how to make money online. The secrets to making money online are the same as making money in the "real world": Hard work, creativity, innovation and knowledge. The Internet is the real world, it just has some aspects that allow a person of lesser means compete with people with much deeper pockets. That is its biggest draw.

Hard Work

Perhaps the biggest myth to making money online is that you don't have to work hard. This is far from the case. In fact, in the beginning you might be working harder than you are now. Most people who succeed online do so by working very hard work at whatever project they are doing online. They did not just put up a website and sit back and wait for checks to flow in. They worked hard to get their businesses off the ground and were rewarded for it. A person who wants to make money online will

have to commit several hours a day at least and lots of sweat equity to the project. If you're not prepared to work hard forget about making money online. You have a chance to make a good deal of money online but you do have to earn it.


Creativity

The people who make the most money online are those who come up with new ideas and concepts. Whether it's SEO marketing, blogging, selling through Twitter whatever somebody had to create it. The biggest fortunes will be made by those who are willing to create something new and work hard at it. This has been the case in the "real world" for some time. It was Bill Gates who decided the PC need a new operating system Now he can give away billions and not miss it. The same creativity takes place now on the Internet.

Innovation

After the creators the people who make the most money online are the innovators. These can be those who come with a new idea or those who have the courage to try and implement a new idea. If an innovator sees something new that looks like a big money maker they try it, they adapt it and they start doing it. In many cases innovators simply take somebody else's idea and run with it. Next time you see a really great money making idea don't just try to figure out how you can get in on it. Instead, try to figure out how to do it better. That will make you an innovator. It was Henry Ford who realized cars could be made efficiently with an assembly line process. That innovation changed the way cars are built.

Knowledge

The old saying that knowledge is power has never been truer. The online world is all about knowledge; those who have the most knowledge will succeed online. That means learn as much about your business or product as you can. Read, do research online, talk to others in the business, or develop a mentor relationship with a more experienced marketer. Do whatever it takes to get more knowledge and you make money online.

Will You Really Make Money With Google AdSense?

Firstly, it's not easy, so if you are looking for an easy money spinner, this isn't it and to be fair and I hate to burst your bubble but there isn't one. All money making systems and schemes take knowledge and dedication. Making money is never easy, but the main difference with making money online is that once you master something and set it up, it runs on autopilot and then you can move on to the next project without having to employ anyone else. So you have control and passive income and if you get it right... a massive passive income!

So... how to make money with Google AdSense:

Depending on where you are reading this, you will see 'Ads by Google' to the side, above or below this article. That is AdSense!

Basically, you make money with Google AdSense by getting people to click on their ads. That sounds simple enough right? Well it is if you have a website or blog visited by many people. This is called 'monetizing' your website or blog and will generate an added income to your website. Even if you aren't that interested in making money with AdSense, you would be a fool not to monetize your landing page as some income is better than none.

What Google never told you about making money with AdSense is that you make a very small amount on each click on the ads on your website or blog. The commission can range from $0.01 to $3.00 so you can see that knowing what adverts to have on your website is vitally important. So you will have to have a very good understanding of AdSense and how it works to make good money.

There are many people on the internet making money with Google AdSense from what we call 'arbitrage'. This means you use Pay per Click (PPC) to get people to your landing page where your AdSense adverts are and if done right, you pay say, 2 cents per click and earn 20 cents per click on the AdSense advert. So on each click you pay for, you are making 10x more from the advert clicked by your visitors.

So you can see how important it is to know all there is to know about AdSense Arbitrage before attempting it as you will quickly lose a small fortune, but there is serious money to be made when you get it right and it is an automated system and only takes a little maintenance from time to time. The more you invest, the more you make. The real guru's of this system are making $10,000 per month and that's all they need to do.

However, for most of us, making money with Google AdSense is about boosting our online incomes and monetizing our websites and blogs. That's what I do and once mastered it's an automated system and passive income added to your main income. If you have a blog or website you would be mad not to have AdSense on there. As long as you are not advertising gambling products, you are fine to have AdSense on every page of your website.

You may be wondering why Google never told you about making money with AdSense, well... that's because they are making a fortune anyway and don't really need to share the profits with you and I. A word of warning, beware of the Google Cash systems advertised everywhere as there is a lot of scams out there, that just take your money and you never hear from them again.

There are many ‘grant money for bills' websites that encourage people to believe that you can get free money for bills and loans. Well, I haven't found anyone that has successfully done this. Besides, if you get a government grant to pay your bills it would only come out of the tax payer's money so you will all end up paying more tax and needing more hand outs. A recipe for disaster, I think you will agree.

Thousands of people are clicking on these government grant websites to find that they can't really help them and many are actually scams. There are small business grants but they are only given to entrepreneurs that have collateral which really means they don't need the money they just don't want to spend their own money. These days the banks and governments only lend to people that don't need it and people with plenty of property for the Bank to repossess should it all go wrong.

There is no doubt that it is becoming harder and harder to make money and even harder to keep that money once you earn it. So is there a way of getting free money for bills? Well… there is actually but it's not a get rich quick scheme or some dodgy online deal that lasts a month or so and then collapses. There is a proven system for people willing to have a go, study a bit and dedicate their time to this proven system.
